Manassas McDonald's Burglar Arrested: Prince William Police
Prince William County police arrested a 29-year-old Manassas man in connection with the Oct. 4 robbery of McDonald's on Balls Ford Road.

MANASSAS, VA — Prince William County police have arrested a suspect in connection with the Oct. 4 robbery of a Manassas McDonald's. Police took Charles Terraine Williams Barnes Jr., 29, of Manassas, into custody without incident Wednesday for his alleged role in the robbery.
According to police, the robbery happened just before 5 p.m. at the McDonald's at 10730 Balls Ford Rd. A store employee said the Barnes was in the drive-through lane, paying for his food, when he suddenly got out of his car and brandished a weapon. After taking the money from the register, police said Barnes got back in his car and fled the scene.
Barnes was arrested on charges of robbery and use of a firearm in commission with a felony. His first court date is scheduled Nov. 14, and he currently is being held in jail without bond.
