Manassas Murder Case Nets Fourth Arrest: Police

MANASSAS, VA—A fourth person was arrested Wednesday for his involvement in the Aug. 30 shooting death of Reynaldo Elizar Araujo, 24, of Manassas, according to Manassas City Police. The 17-year-old boy was apprehended by U.S. Marshals at the border in McAllen, TX.

He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, as were the three others: Terrance Tyrese Martin, 18, of Manassas; Ebelin Jojana Lopez, 19, of Manassas; and Seni Jiminez Blanco, 19, of Manassas Park. Police say more charges are expected related to the murder.

Early last Thursday morning, police arrived at the 10000 block of Massie Street for a reported shooting and found apparent bullet holes in the front door of a residence. When they went inside, they found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. Araujo was pronounced dead at the scene.
