Manassas Shooting Suspects Sought By Police
Authorities are still looking for the man who shot a victim in Manassas on Sunday night. The victim received treatment at an area hospital.

MANASSAS, VA — A man shot a victim in Manassas on Sunday night during a drug deal gone wrong, the Prince William County Police Department said.
The victim, a 26-year-old man, received treatment at an area hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening, according to authorities.
Investigators are working to identify three suspects in connection with the shooting. One suspect was wearing a red sweatshirt and dark pants. Another suspect was wearing a black sweatshirt and white pants. The third suspect drove them out of the area in a light-colored Dodge Durango.

The shooting occurred around 9 p.m. on Sunday in the 7200 block of Sudley Road. There, the victim and two friends arranged a drug deal with the suspects, according to the police report.
During the meeting, an argument broke out, authorities said. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots, striking the victim.

The shooter left the area in a Dodge Durango driven by another man. The other people at the scene ran away before police officers arrived, the police department said.
A police helicopter searched for the suspects, but they did not locate them.
