Masked Men Beat Victim Outside Manassas Home: Police

MANASSAS, VA — A man inexplicably was beaten outside his home in the 7500 block of Alleghany Road Wednesday night by two masked strangers who demanded nothing and stole nothing, according to Prince William County Police.

The victim, 37, was taken to a local hospital with injuries that weren't life threatening.

The first suspect is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old, about 6-2 and 180 pounds and wearing a hooded shirt, blue jeans and black and red "Air Jordan" Nike basketball shoes.

The second suspect is described as a white male, between 25 and 30 years old, about 5-8 and 180 pounds wearing a hooded shirt and white pants.

Around 10 p.m., police responded to a report of an assault, and the victim said he was outside his home when he was approached by two unknown men, one of whom flashed a handgun and struck the victim in head several times.
