Men Arrested For Homeless Camp Robbery in Manassas: Police

Two men have been arrested in the ongoing investigation of an assault and robbery at a homeless camp: Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — One man was was arrested Monday and another arrested last Friday for their role in an armed robbery at a homeless camp last Tuesday in the 8000 block of Sudley Road, according to Prince William County Police.

Bryan James Hawkins, 18, of the 20 block of Sandy Ridge Court in Fredericksburg, was charged with one count of robbery, one count of abduction, one count of assault by mob and two counts of credit card theft.

William Kyle Lee, 18, of the 7500 block of Quail Run Lane in Manassas, was charged with one count of robbery, one count of abduction, one count of assault by mob and two counts of credit card theft.

Shortly before 8:30 p.m., police arrived at the scene and the 19-year-old male victim told them he was approached by several acquaintances, one of whom flashed a knife.

He was robbed of his cell phone and wallet.
