Missing Manassas Man May Be Endangered: Police
Police are looking for a man from Manassas who went missing on Wednesday and may be in need of assistance.
MANASSAS, VA — Authorities are asking for the public's help finding a missing Manassas man who may need assistance.
Justin Allen Tothill was last seen near his home on Old Dominion Hunt Drive around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Tothill may be missing voluntarily, but he is considered endangered because he may need help, police said.

Tothill is a 34-year-old white man with brown hair and green eyes. He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 129 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket, a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. He has a small birthmark on the left side of his chin.
