MANASSAS, VA — A man from Manassas went missing on Sunday, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Justin Allen Tothill may be missing voluntarily, but police believe he may need help.
Tothill was last seen near the Manassas Baptist Church around 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Tothill is 33 years old with brown hair and green eyes. He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 126 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a faded blue jean jacket, dark blues jeans, and white shoes.
