Motorcycle Crash Kills Man in Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—A man was killed Tuesday in a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Liberia Avenue and Ivy Glen Court, according to Manassas City Police. George Sanders, 63, of Manassas, was taken to an area hospital but couldn't overcome his injuries.

Around 4:45 p.m., police responded to the reported crash. They found that the driver of the motorcycle was Liberia Avenue when he collided with a vehicle turning onto the road from Ivy Glen Court. The investigation is ongoing.
