On average, ALDI stores use about 12,000 square feet, the company said. The grocer says their smaller size makes their stores more efficient and easier to navigate when compared to traditional grocery stores.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new store will begin at 7:50 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9. After that, the store will be open on a daily basis from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
