New List Ranks These Prince William County Restaurants Among The Region's Best

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – Four Prince William County restaurants made Northern Virginia Magazine's most recent list of the region's 50 best.

According to Northern Virginia Magazine, the new list of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia, published on Wednesday, is the result of months of wining, dining and opining.

Prince William County restaurants making the list of the top 50 are:

• The Black Sheep, Manassas. The Black Sheep promises whiskey, wine and world-inspired dishes. The reviewer recommends the Virginia ham biscuit board, the pork chop and the chocolate-covered banana cream puff.
• Bourbon & Fig, Woodbridge. Seasonal ingredients and carefully crafted cocktails are on the menu here. The reviewer recommends bourbon-glazed short rib, coconut-poached halibut and sticky bourbon toffee pudding.
• Carbonara, Gainesville. The second location of a Northern Virginia restaurant promises handmade pasta and old New York vibes. The reviewer recommends the Classic Italian long hot peppers, the famous chicken parmigiana alla vodka and the warm molten chocolate lava cake.
• Semifreddo Italian Cuisine, Manassas. Authenticity plus surprises are on the menu at this classic Italian restaurant. The reviewer recommends the house-made beet and goat cheese ravioli, the grilled Romana salad and, of course, the semifreddo.
