The Eagles (0-1) seek their first win of the season this Friday night as they travel to Mountain View (1-0) to take on the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m.
Osbourn is coming off a discomforting 54-21 loss to Brooke Point last week. Once again, the Eagles find themselves matched up against a formidable opponent.
“As a coach, this is what you love. You love having another great team after you’ve just played one. It’s a test of you and your guys to see if you can rally together and bounce back,” Head Coach Steve Schultze said.

According to Schultze, the Eagles are set to face another playoff-caliber team who has a gutsy quarterback, solid receivers and a strong running back and linebacker.
“As far as match-ups go, they may be bigger than us, but I think we have the edge in speed and we need to take advantage of that,” Schultze added.

Last year the Eagles and Wildcats met twice, once in the regular season and once in the playoffs, with Osbourn coming out victorious both times. They look to build off that success and get this season going in the right direction.
“We have had really good practices this week so all we can do now is put the past behind us and look to be 9-1,” Schultze concluded.
