If you are sick of the blazing heat already, then you are like us. But have no fear, Patch is here. We’ve put together a list of five local pools where you can go to get refreshed under the summer sun.
- Stonewall Park Pool – Address: 8351 Stonewall Rd. Manassas, VA 20110 (behind the recreation center). Phone: 703-369-6137. Hours: Open weekends only until after school lets out on June 17. Daily regular hours noon to 8:00 p.m. Prices: 3-5 years $3, 6-15 years $5, 16-59 years $6, 60 and infants under 3, free!
- Signal Bay Water Park – Address: 9300 Signal View Dr. Manassas Park, VA 20111. Phone: 703-335-8872. Hours: Open weekends only until summer. Regular hours are 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Prices: Call for pricing. *Features water cannons, slides, and a lazy river.
- Splash Down Waterpark – Address: 7500 Ben Lomond Park Drive Manassas, VA 20109. Phone: 703-361-4451. Hours: Opened weekends until June 17. Regular hours are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sundays and week days and various other hours and days. See website for details. Prices: 48 inches and above $14.95. Under 48 inches $10.95. Two and under FREE. Seniors 55 and up $9. After 3 p.m. (Mon-Fri) $9. Military $2 off with ID for whole family.
- Sudley Club – Address: 8613 Rixlew Lane Manassas, VA 20109. Phone: 703-368-5931. Hours: May 22 – June 17 open Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and week days 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. June 18 – Labor Day open Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.and week days 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Prices: Sudley Club is a membership only club. Stock purchase is $1350 with an initiation fee of $300. Annual dues are also required.
- Urbanna Swim Club – Address: 8030 Urbanna Road Manassas, VA 20109. Phone: 703-361-20109. Hours: Open Monday – Saturday noon – 8:00 p.m. Sand Sundays and holidays 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Prices: This is also a membership only club with memberships currently available.
