Phony Calls Direct Voters To Wrong Prince William Polling Sites
The NAACP says it has received multiple reports throughout Prince William County of folks getting bogus calls about changed polling spots.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — The NAACP's Prince William County branch says it has received multiple reports throughout the area today and Monday of people getting bogus phone calls telling them their polling place has changed. Both the NAACP and the county ACLU report the calls are coming from Gloucester in Virginia and Adairsville, Ga. Virginia's 2017 gubernatorial election is today.
On its Facebook page, the county NAACP says is has notified the state's voter protections services, and officials there said they already were aware of the situation. Both organizations referred voters to Virginia's official election site. The NAACP urges folks who may have received such to calls to contact the Voter Protection Hotline at 844-482-8683.
