Police: Arrests in Long String of Business Break-Ins

Three suspects are in custody in business break-ins, with more arrests possible, according to law enforcement.

MANASSAS, VA โ€” Suspect in a long string of business break-ins across Northern Virginia are in custody in Prince William County, according to police.

Kai Lansana, 25, and Lea Culbreath, 24, both of Manassas, each face multiple charges, including burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and possession of burglarious tools.

A third suspect is also in custody on unrelated charges and more arrests are possible in the investigation.

The suspects have been connected to over 20 burglaries in the area, most of which targeted Asian restaurants.

Prince William County incidents included the China King Buffet on Potomac Mills Rd in Woodbridge, the Fosterโ€™s Grill on Bristow Center Dr in Bristow, the Teppanyaki Grill and Buffet on Shoppers Sq in Manassas, the Metro PCS Store on Shoppers Sq in Manassas, and the Hunan Garden on Hedges Run Dr in Woodbridge.

Other burglaries linked to the suspects occurred in Leesburg, Frederick County, the City of Manassas, Stafford County, Fredericksburg and Fairfax.

The arrest followed a months-long investigation crossing several jurisdictions.

โ€œThe arrest of these suspects was only made possible through the cooperation and sharing of investigative leads between multiple agencies throughout our region,โ€ said Loudoun County Sheriff Mike Chapman.
