Police: Human Remains Identified, 3 Arrests
Remains were found near Manassas last month. Gang related charges for two of the suspects, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — Human remains located near Manassas last month have been identified, and three arrests have been made in the case, according to Prince William County Police.
Oscar Rene Andrade, 29, of Manassas, was reported missing on Sept. 14, 2015, by family members. He had not been seen since Sept. 10.
Police located his remains on Jan. 13 in a wooded area on Barrett Drive.

David Jonathan Pineda Argueta, 18, of 8130 Cooke Ct, #102, in Manassas, is charged with murder, robbery, gang participation, and gang recruitment. He was taken into custody on Friday, Feb. 19.
Pineda Argueta was stopped by D.C. Metropolitan Police on Sept. 13 in the victim’s car and was arrested on unrelated charges.

Detectives believe the suspect, a member of the MS-13 street gang, had conspired with other to rob and murder the victim. Andrade is not believed to be connected to the gang, according to police.
Two juvenile suspects were also arrested Friday. Both are 17-year-olds of Manassas. They were charged with accessory after the fact to murder. One of the teens was charged with gang participation and gang recruitment.
