Police: Indecent Exposure Arrest at Manassas Wal-Mart

Prince William County Police have arrested a man accused of exposing himself to other customers in a Wal-Mart parking lot Sunday evening, according to Prince William County Police.

Alfanzo Victor Moreno, 24, of no fixed address, is charged with indecent exposure and trespassing.

Store security at the 8386 Sudley Road store contacted police at 6:49 p.m. Sunday, claiming that an unknown man, later identified as Moreno, was walking through the parking lot “exposing himself” to other patrons.

Security had asked Moreno to leave and he refused. Officers located him and, following the investigation, arrested Moreno.
