Police: Missing Child May Be in Manassas
Mirsha Moreno Chavez, 14, was last seen July 29 in Montgomery Village, Md.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has posted a bulletin about a missing Maryland child who may be in the Manassas area.
The bulletin is for Mirsha Moreno Chavez, a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since last Wednesday and was last seen in the area of Montgomery Village, Md., according to the center. She is described as Hispanic, with black eyes and brown hair, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.
