Police Seek Identity of Indecent Exposure Suspect

Investigators are hopeful that a security video can provide a lead to an indecent exposure suspect in a Jan. 12 incident at Bethel Lutheran Church, according to Manassas City Police.

The video shows the subject walking around outside the Plantation Lane church. A female patron was looking out a glass door when she saw the man masturbating just outside the door.

Police learned later that the man had approached another woman in the parking lot and asked her for a cigarette. While she was retrieving one from her car, he allegedly fondled the woman’s buttocks and then ran.

Manassas City Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the an arrest in the case. Their tip line is 703-330-0330.
