Police: Suspect Arrested in Sexual Assault Against Manassas Woman

The victim knew the alleged assailant. He is currently being held without bond.

A Chantilly man has been arrested and accused of sexually assaulting a Manassas woman, Nov. 22, according to Prince William County police.

Nestor Alexander Arevalo-Manica, 34, was arrested and charged with object sexual penetration. He is currently being held without bond.

Officers responded to a call to a home in the Manassas area around 3:54 a.m. Saturday. The adult female victim told police she and a man she knows were yelling at each other and the fight eventually became physical.

Arevalo-Manica allegedly sexually assaulted the victim during their fight, Prince William County police said. After the incident, Arevalo-Manica left the home and the victim called the police.

During an investigation, police said, officers located Arevalo-Manica and arrested him for the assault.
