A Manassas man is facing chjild endangerment charges after he was pulled over early Saturday for DUI with his 4-year-old son in the car, according to the Prince William County police.

Marvin Serrano Hercules, 30, of 8411 Piney Point Court in Manassas, has been charged with child endangerment, driving under the influence and driving without a license, according to a police report. He was released on a $6,500 bond, and his next date in court is pending, police said.
At 2 a.m. Saturday, a police officer pulled over Hercules’s vehicle in the area of Sudley Road and Plantation Lane in Manassas for a traffic violation. During the encounter, Hercules was arrested for driving under the influence, the police said.

His son was inside the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop; the child was not injured, the police said.
