Psychiatric Institute Escapee, Kenneth Clayton, Found in Manassas

The fugitive had been arrested Sunday on assault and related charges.

Police and members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force captured Kenneth Clayton, an arrestee who escaped from the Washington Psychiatric Institute on Mon., Nov. 3., around 1:40 p.m. today in Manassas, according to The Washington Post.

Clayton allegedly escaped Monday from the back door of a room in the restricted wing that members of law enforcement could not enter for privacy reasons.

Clayton had been arrested Sunday, Nov. 2, on charges of assault, assault against a police officer, making threats and possession of unregistered ammunition.
