Well Scotus has ruled in favor of the Constitution. It is sad that it was needed at all and the result was not that the Constitution says " Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" It is as plain as the nose on your face that Congress can't pass this law but the ruling is that the business doesn't have to adhere to that part of the law. The law should have been struck down since "no law" means "no law".
