Stolen Snow Plow Truck Hits Vehicle in Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA — A suspected drunk man driving a stolen snow plow truck hit another vehicle Monday morning in the 8600 block of Liberia Avenue before fleeing, according to Manassas City Police.

William Sanchez, 26, of Manassas, was charged with hit and run, driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a test.

No injuries were reported, and he's being held without bond.

Around 7:45 a.m., police saw the snow plow truck hit a vehicle and then take off. The truck matched the description of a vehicle stolen in Fairfax County and was pulled over, after which Sanchez was arrested.
