Stranger Threatens Sheetz Customer With Gun In Bristow: Police

A man was arrested after threatening a customer with a gun at a Sheetz convenience store in Bristow: Prince William County Police.

BRISTOW, VA—A man was arrested early Sunday night after threatening a customer with a gun in the Sheetz convenience store at 11627 Nokesville Road, according to Prince William County Police. Ivan Romario Gonzalez, 20, of the 9800 block of Town Lane in Manassas, was charged with brandishing a firearm, possession of a concealed weapon, possession of a stolen firearm and possession of marijuana with the intent to sell.

Shortly before 5 p.m., police went to the store and found that the victim, a 38-year-old man, was in an argument with an unknown man, Gonzalez, that escalated. That's when Gonzalez whipped out a handgun. They eventually separated, and Gonzalez drove away before police arrived.

They found him shortly afterward and arrested him after he pulled into a BP service station. During a search of his vehicle, police found drugs and a stolen handgun.
