MANASSAS, VA — A suspect who was wanted in connection with the shooting at Benton Middle School earlier this month was arrested, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities said Isaiah Malik Gordon turned himself in on Wednesday.
The shooting occurred around 10:15 a.m. on May 1 during a youth football game at Benton Middle School in Manassas, police said. Investigators believe that the shooting occurred after an argument between Gordon and people he knew at the game.
