Teen Stabbed, Suspects Sought in Manassas

Detectives are investigating the stabbing of a Manassas teenager Monday night. Prince William County Police say the attack is not random.

The 16-year-old male victim was flown to an area hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.

At 9:07 p.m. Monday, the teen was reportedly in the area of Rixlew Lane and Ashton Avenue when he was approached by two unknown men.

During the encounter, the men stabbed the victim multiple times and hit him in the head, knocking him to the ground, according to police.

The victim was able to flee the area and contact police.
