Traffic Alert: Vint Hill Road Detour This Weekend
VDOT says road closure is needed to install water line.
Vint Hill Road (Route 215) will be closed near Schaeffer Lane and Determination Drive starting at 10 p.m. tonight so that crews can install a water line, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The closure will last until 4 a.m. Monday.
Traffic will be detoured via Sudley Manor Drive and Linton Hall Road.

The water line is being installed as part of Prince William County’s project to widen Route 28 from Linton Hall Road west to Fitzwater Drive in Nokesville, and realign Vint Hill Road to a new intersection with Route 28.
