When I was a kid, my brother built a community park out by our local airport. I recall him having to organize a Boy Scout Eagle Project all summer long. We cleared the lot and tilled the ground until it was soft and smooth. I still remember the smells and sound of when the sod truck pulled up; everyone grabbed a length of sod and started applying it to the ground to install the grass. It turned out beautiful!
