'Upskirting' Suspect Sought in Manassas
A man is wanted for taking cell phone photos of a young woman shopping at a Walmart, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA — A man is wanted for taking cell phone pictures of a 23-year-old Manassas woman up her skirt (known as "upskirting") last Thursday at a Walmart, 9401 Liberia Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. He's described as black, age unknown, with a thin build and black hair. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
Shortly before 2 p.m., police responded to the scene where the victim said she was shopping when she felt something touch her skirt. When she turned around, she saw an unknown man holding a cell phone under her skirt. When she confronted him, he fled the store and left in a black Lexus SUV.
