Walmart 'Upskirting' Suspect Sought In Manassas
A man is wanted for taking clandestine pictures of a woman ("upskirting") Saturday in the Walmart at 8386 Sudley Road: PWC Police.
MANASSAS, VA — A man is wanted for taking clandestine pictures of a woman ("upskirting") Saturday in the Walmart at 8386 Sudley Road, according to Prince William County Police. The suspect is described as Hispanic, 5-7, with a medium build, having short hair and a mustache and goatee. He was wearing a blue striped shirt, jeans and gray sneakers.
Shortly after 11:30 a.m., police responded to a report of the incident a little more than an hour earlier. The woman, 22, of Manassas, said she had been shopping when she saw a man using a cell phone to possibly take photos or make videos under her skirt. The cops looked at surveillance video and confirmed her suspicions. The victim fled the scene. The woman contacted police after returning home.
