Throughout Manassas and Prince William County, many government offices and facilities will feature altered hours and closings.
Here are a full list of local closings and schedule changes to know for Presidents Day 2023:

- Prince William County government offices: Open on Feb. 20.
- Manassas City government offices: Closed on Feb. 20.
- Prince William County Courts: The Prince William County Criminal Court, Clerk of Circuit Court's Office, Civil Division, and Public Service Center will be closed on Feb. 20.
- Prince William County Public Schools: The school district is closed on Feb. 20.
- Manassas City Public Schools: The school district is closed on Feb. 20.
- Manassas City Trash: Manassas City's trash pick-up is not affected by Presidents Day. However, if there is inclement weather, trash pick-up may be delayed.
- Department of Motor Vehicles: The state DMV offices are closed on Feb. 20.
- OmniRide: On Feb. 20, OmniRide express busses will not operate.
- Libraries: All Prince William County Library branch buildings are open on Feb. 20.
- Metro: Metrorail and Metrobus typically run on a Saturday schedule on Presidents Day. Metrorail service is adjusted due to the 7000-series railcar investigation.
- Post offices: Closed on Feb. 20.
- Recreation centers: Open regular hours on Feb. 20.
- Landfill: The Prince William County Landfill is open on Monday, Feb. 20.
- Virginia Railway Express: VRE will not provide service on Monday, Feb. 20.
