Winter Farmer's Market Begins Seasonal Operation Saturday in Manassas

It's' outside Harrison Pavilion Saturdays when temperatures are above freezing. Woodbridge Willie will be on hand with live music Saturday.

MANASSAS, VA — There's something about the words "winter," and "farmer's market," that appears a little odd when paired together.

But it's not at all odd to the City of Manassas, which begins its Winter Farmer's Market run Saturday in Parking Lot B outside the Harrison Pavilion, 9201 Center Street.

It will held every Saturday from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. when temperatures are above freezing.

Fresh tomatoes and such? Not so much, but there nonetheless will be a wide variety of products such as meats, breads, pastries, eggs and much more.

Not only that, but Wooodbridge Willie (above) will be on hand this weekend playing his distinct brand of country music.
