Woman Assaulted, Run Over By Irate Driver In Manassas: Police
A woman was hospitalized with serious injuries after being whacked in the face and then run over by an irate driver in Manassas: PWC Police.
MANASSAS, VA—A woman was hospitalized with serious injuries after being whacked in the face and then run over by an irate driver following a minor traffic accident last week at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Hastings Drive, according to Prince William County Police.
Robert Dale Warren, 60, of the 6600 block of Horseshoe Drive in La Plata, MD, was arrested last Thursday and charged with malicious wounding, assault and battery and hit and run.
Around 6 p.m. last Wednesday, police went to the scene after a reported assault. They found that Warren was driving a 2011 Ford F150 when he was involved in a minor accident with a 2007 Toyota Scion, driven by a 22-year-old woman.

He got out of his truck and while talking with the other driver, he hit her in the face. He then walked back to his truck as the victim followed him. Then he got into the truck and proceeded to drive away, knocking the woman to the ground and running over her leg in the process.
