Woman Killed In Manassas Car Wash Accident

MANASSAS, VA—A woman was killed Saturday morning after being hit by a vehicle in a car wash parking lot at 9725 Liberia Avenue, according to Prince William County Police. Paula Margarita Rogel, 38, of Manassas—an employee at the car wash— was taken to a nearby hospital, where she died.

Shortly before 9 a.m., police were summoned to the Soaps and Suds to investigate the incident that began when an employee was moving a jeep from the back of the facility after it had been washed. It ran into another vehicle, which then ran into another vehicle, which then hit Rogel. A 56-year-old Manassas woman suffered minor injuries.
