Woman Viciously Strangled in Manassas: Police
At one point she couldn't breath, according to Prince William County Police. A male acquaintance was arrested and is held with no bond.
MANASSAS, VA — A man assaulted and strangled a female acquaintance so viciously that she couldn't breathe Wednesday in the 8100 block of Halsey Court, according to Prince William County Police.
Jorge Antonio Gonzalez Amaya, 23, of the above address, was charged with strangulation and domestic assault and battery, and is being held without bond.
The 25-year-old victim told police around noon she and Amaya were involved in an argument that grew violent on his part. Minor injuries were reported.
