Youth Club Worker Arrested For Sex With Girl In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA—An employee of the Martin K. Alloy Boys & Girls Club at 9501 Dean Park Lane was arrested Friday for having sex with a 14-year-old girl this past summer, according to Manassas City Police. Derek Branch, 28, of Manassas, was charged with carnal knowledge of a child.

On Nov. 5, police began investigating the allegation and found Branch had inappropriate contact with the girl, who met him at the club. He's listed on the organization's website as an athletics coordinator. He's being held without bond.
