2 New Townhouse Communities Prepared To Open In Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, VA — New luxury townhouses will soon be available to prospective homeowners in Alexandria as two new communities open.

Homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes, Inc. said its Eisenhower Pointe townhouse community will open in the West End on Feb. 10, while Del Ray Corner at Oakville will open in early March 2024. These will be Tri Pointe Homes’ first developments in the City of Alexandria. Its model homes were designed by interior designer Bobby Berk of Queer Eye.

Eisenhower Pointe, based at 111 Warburton Street, is a community with four-story townhomes, two-car garages and rooftop terraces. The community's Cameron collection offers floorplans between 1,917 and 2,705 square feet with two to four bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half baths. Prices start at $749,900.

The other option at Eisenhower Pointe is the Hensley collection with floorplans between 1,950 and 2,327 square feet, three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half baths. Prices start at $689,900.

Del Ray Corner at Oakville is part of the Oakville Triangle redevelopment along Richmond Highway with an Inova emergency and outpatient health care facility. The community has four-story homes with rooftop terraces and two-car garages. The homes range from 1,937 to 2,682 square feet with three to four bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices start at $889,900.
