26 Violations At One Old Town Alexandria Restaurant

Health inspectors found 26 violations, including outdated foods, at one Old Town Alexandria restaurant.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—The City of Alexandria regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations around Alexandria from recent inspections in June. Among the violations are 26 at Union Street Public House, including outdated foods. This violation was corrected during the inspection.
