5th Annual Handmade Holiday Craft Fair

Celebrating the Fifth Annual Charity Craft Fair at TC Williams High School and celebrating students' contribution to a global cause!

For the past four years, students at TC Williams High School have helped run the annual craft to raise money for Joining Hearts and Hands, a Rochester, NY organization that promotes economic and social improvements in Kenya and Tanzania. Since the very first craft fair, students from Academy of Fiance, the school store, nursing, the softball team and more have helped raised over $4,000 which has assisted with building a form four classroom at the Usumbara Girls High School in Tanzania.

This year, TC Williams HS will host it’s Fifth Annual Craft Fair on Saturday November 22 from 10 am - 4 pm. There will be over 40 local, handmade vendors selling items such as jewelry, soaps, homegoods, and more! Food items will be available throughout the day and there will be live music from the TC Jazz Band mid-day! Local community members will attend this year selling baked goods for church, jewelry and snacks for girl scouts and Local Motion promoting public transportation in the city of Alexandria. The event is free to the public AND the first 50 customers will receive a goodie bag of items and discount cards for select vendors so arrive early.

For more information about this event, please contact Jennifer Ushe at Jen.Moshier@gmail.com or find us on Facebook! We look forward to seeing you and please spread the word as we support the students at TC Williams HS and their contribution to a global cause!
