Rebranded Alexandria Bier Garden To Hold Grand Opening

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The German-themed Village Brauhaus is getting a rebranded restaurant that will debut with a grand opening.

Alexandria Bier Garden will open at 710 King Street with a grand opening from 4 p.m. to midnight on Thursday. Village Brauhaus closed in mid-June ahead of the transition to the new restaurant concept. The rebranding comes amid a recent ownership change, ALX now reported.

Alexandria Bier Garden will feature an indoor beer garden while keeping German draft beers and food like Village Brauhaus. There will also be fusion and American cuisine on the menu. According to ALX Now, the restaurant is also planning a rooftop space that could open in September.

During the grand opening, there will be an extended happy hour until 9 p.m., and $3 margarita specials for Ladies Night will be held every Thursday. Live music will begin at 8 p.m. Drink specials can be pre-purchased through Eventbrite.
