Alexandria Man Films Girl In Dressing Room: Police
Police believe the Alexandria man was collecting video and pictures from various dressing rooms at the Fair Oaks Mall.

An Alexandria man has been charged for allegedly filming a teenage girl in a dressing room in Fairfax, according to Fairfax County Police.
Police arrested Mumtaz Rauf, 39, of Alexandria, on Monday after receiving a call from the Fair Oaks Mall. The victim observed a black device that could have been a camera or cell phone pointing down from the wall of her dressing room. She believed the device was taking photos.
An employee observed a man leaving the store afterward and provided a description. Officers located the man matching the description in an H&M dressing room.

Police found a pinhole camera, black tape, and a battery powered Bluetooth transmitter on him. Rauf may have collected video and pictures from various dressing rooms, police say. He was charged with unlawful filming of a minor.
Police believe there may be additional victims filmed by Rauf. Those who believe they may have been filmed or have information should call Officer Musser at 703-591-0966.
