Alexandria Man Wanted For May Hotel Murder
A man is being sought on charges related to a fatal May shooting in an Alexandria hotel.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Police are seeking an Alexandria man for charges relating to a fatal shooting at a city hotel.
On May 13, police responded to shots fired at the Extended Stay America near Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria. Officers found three injured adults at the scene. One victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, and the other two victims, a 21-year-old woman and a 35 year-old woman, were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say Desmond A. Roseboro, 28, of Alexandria. died from injuries on May 14. The incident marked the first homicide in the City of Alexandria during 2017.

Demarcus Robertson, 19, is charged with murder, two counts of aggravated malicious wounding related to the shooting of the bystanders and three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The firearms charged alone will result in a 13 year sentence.
