Alexandria Pastor Accused Of Sexual Offenses Against PA Minor

ALEXANDRIA, VA – An Alexandria pastor is facing multiple charges in Pennsylvania, where he is accused of sending explicit images to an underage boy, according to reports.

Kenneth Baldwin, 47, was arraigned on Wednesday in York County on Wednesday on 13 separate charges, including two charges of unlawful contact with a minor, two charges of corruption of a minor, three charges of indecent exposure and six charges of open lewdness.

Baldwin has posted bail and his next hearing is scheduled for August 10.

NBC 9 Philadelphia reports that Baldwin is accused of sending explicit messages to a 15-year-old York County boy starting in 2024, when the boy was 15 years old, and continuing until the end of 2025. Citing Pennsylvania police, the outlet reports that Baldwin met the boy after he preached a sermon at the child’s church. They say Baldwin sent multiple images a week to the boy and might have done so with other children as well.

The Union Star and others report that Baldwin was the lead pastor of Crossroads Baptist Church.

Social media has been flooded with reactions from fellow pastors, friends and parishioners commenting on the news. Baldwin appears to have had national reach as a preacher.

Crossroads has made its Facebook page private, but its Instagram and YouTube accounts remain active and sermons by Baldwin are available.
