Alexandria Police Investigate Gas Station Robbery
A robbery at knifepoint took place late Wednesday night.
Alexandria Police are investigating the robbery Wednesday night of a gas station on King Street. An alert was sent out by police Thursday at 12:56 a.m.
The robbery took place in the 4300 block of King Street. The gas station at that location is the Liberty gas station, which is near Interstate 395.
Police say the suspect brandished a knife; police said to expect activity in the area while they investigate the scene.
