Woman Stabbed To Death In Alexandria Home
Alexandria Police have arrested a suspect that stabbed a woman to death Wednesday.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—A suspect has been arrested after the fatal stabbing of a woman in Alexandria Wednesday evening.
Around 6:40 p.m., police were called to check on a residence in the 200 block of North Howard Street in the West End. They found June Seay, 55, of Alexandria stabbed to death. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police have charged a 55-year-old Alexandria man with homicide. He is stable at an area hospital with self-inflicted injuries. Police say the victim and suspect knew each other but did not indicate what their relationship was. The stabbing marks the fifth homicide in the city this year.
