(Updated) Alexandria Schools Make Weather Decision for Tuesday

(Updated Tuesday) ALEXANDRIA, VA — The Alexandria City Public Schools announced Tuesday that due to the approaching snowstorm, all school buildings and offices are closed.

The school system said early Tuesday:

All ACPS schools and offices will be closed, Tuesday, March 14.

All activities in schools or on school grounds are canceled. All emergency personnel, including building engineers, custodians, maintenance shop employees and security staff must still report.
