Alexandria, VA IHOP® Offers New Look and Experience for Guests with Completed Major Updates

IHOP® Alexandria, VA brother owners Sanjay and Neal Patel of Imperio Groups complete major updates at their IHOP restaurant.

Alexandria, VA; March 17, 2017: IHOP® Alexandria owners Sanjay and Neal Patel of Imperio Groups announced that their IHOP restaurant located at 6254 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia has completed a major update to the restaurant.

The completed upgrades have transformed the dining areas to offer guests an entirely new look. The 4,400 square foot IHOP restaurant has been a staple of the Alexandria community for the past 22 years. The restaurant employs over 55 local residents, plays an important role in the local economy and supports many charitable activities.

“Our guests have been impressed with the changes that we have made to the Alexandria restaurant. The improvements have been designed to improve the dining experience of our valued patrons and their families. We invite the Alexandria community to come and see the improvements that we have and enjoy our famous pancakes as well as the other fantastic meals that IHOP is best known for around the world,” said Sanjay Patel, President of Imperio Groups.

The renovations were completed over a five-day period with the reopening just a few days before March 7th, IHOP National Pancake Day. On National Pancake Day the restaurant successfully served close to 900 short stacks of the brand’s world-famous, freshly made Original Buttermilk Pancakes free to guests throughout the day while raising funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and helping the chain achieve its goal of raising $3.5 million nationally for children battling critical illnesses.
