Car Smashes Into Alexandria Building

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Yet another traffic accident closed streets in Alexandria on April 24, this time a car crashing into a business.

Alexandria police closed streets in Old Town for about an hour on the afternoon of April 24 after a car ended up on the sidewalk and crashed into a building. Residents shared photos of the crash on social media.

The city has seen a number of accidents over the past month, including a pedestrian fatality just days before and a hit and run April 23.

Police are still investigating the accident.
