Blessing of the Pets--October 5
Bring your pet to the churchyard Sunday, October 5 at 3:00 p.m. for our annual Blessing of the Pets.
Our annual Blessing of the Pets for animals of all shapes and sizes will be held this Sunday, October 5, at 3:00 p.m. in the churchyard. There will be special prayers for beloved pets who have died. Bring their retired collars, leashes, and photos for a blessing. Christ Church will be accepting donations for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria, as well as towels, blankets, and comforters for the animals’ cages.
