Rooted in the science of somatic movement and the wisdom of lived practice, this experience will guide you in reconnecting with your body, quieting the inner critic, and returning home with practical tools for nourishment, resilience, and growth. Through gentle somatic yoga (seated, standing, and lying down), breathwork, and metta (loving-kindness) meditation, you'll cultivate practices that enhance mobility, balance, strength, and bone density, supporting your body from the inside out.
